Port of Celeirós D’Oiro Harvest White Douro 2017
Description
Vinified through a mixture of traditional Douro Valley grape varieties and old vines, this wine is a dry wine, rich in citrus aromas, making it quite balanced.
Ideal to accompany white meat, seafood and fish dishes.
Winemaking :
Vinification in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC.
The wine was kept and controlled in stainless steel tanks until bottling, in order to maintain a well-structured body and complexity.
Varieties:
Viosinho, Gouveio, Codega do Larinho
Tasting notes:
Very light straw color. Passionate aroma, with citrus notes, predominantly grapefruit and clementine. In the mouth it is very silky and greedy.
Storage/serving advice: Consumption temperature: 12 to 14ºC.
It goes very well with grilled fish and seafood dishes, as well as white meat dishes and sautéed pasta with vegetables.
