Description

This wine is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard with twenty-two different varieties, of which seven reds – Bastardo, Casculho, Cornifesto, Malvasia Preta, Moreto, Rufete and Touriga Franca – were harvested separately.

Vinification and aging
A minimalist vinification, with spontaneous yeasts, enhances the originality of the grapes and respects their history.

Test results

Open ruby color wine, with a delicate and seductive aroma, surprising for the unexpected persistence in the mouth and an elegant flavor. The set shows a harmony that is revealed over the time of tasting.

Service
Serve at 16ºC with light meat dishes or oven-roasted fish. Due to its elegant persistence, it can be enjoyed solo, in moments of reflection.
