Made from organically grown grapes and made with a non-interventionist protocol, including manual work and only natural yeasts, Château Bélair offers the pure expression of the Saint-Émilion terroir. while the smoke and spices float, exotically.
A cheerful acidity, velvety tannins and a striking structure complete the profile of Chateau Belair.
Sweet fruit, smoke and floral aromas engage in a delicate dance; however, the serious structure of the 2007 guides this waltz with a commanding hand.
