Produced in just 5,000 bottles, from the best Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence, Amistà is a rare and precious rosé, in the image of the friendship that unites Ariane de Rothschild and Valérie Rousselle.

COLOR
A lovely pale pink color, not exactly super blush, still delicate undertones, but vibrant in the glass.

NOSE
Freshly picked strawberries, white peach and raspberries with herbal edges on the nose - lots of bright red fruit - bright and clear on the nose.

MOUTH
In the mouth it is silky and pure, with a touch of creaminess and minerality from the clay-limestone soils, as well as bitter edges, giving nuances and interest. Excellent weight and balanced acidity in the mouth - more gourmet (admirable with spicy food). Structured, ripe, not too acidic, rounded and fully fruity. Lovely appellation signature too with subtle garrigue herbal edges putting it straight in Provence.
