With an intense cherry color, a nose of black fruits, pleasant with hints of smoke, forming a complex and elegant bouquet and in the mouth the combination of wood and wine will leave a velvety sensation and a long finish, characteristic of a Protos.

Characteristics : Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. Selection table. Maceration with grape skins and fermentation for 25 days at 28ºC.
