Description
Ripe chocolaty and subtle flavors of blackberry and tobacco.
Notes full of black fruit, tannin and acidity in harmony while flavors of blackberry, black cherry and spices enhance its flavor. A solid finish with notes of lemon, vanilla and tobacco, even to the point.
To drink until 2028.
Production: Traditional elaboration with 100% destemmed grapes, with alcoholic fermentation at moderate temperature (26ºC - 28ºC) with post-fermentation maceration depending on the anthocyanin-tannin ratio. 25% of the freshly finished wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged for 24 months in new French oak (70%); American (15%) of one year and (15%) of two years. The refinement in the bottle is a minimum of 18 months.nths.
Color: red with grenat edge.
Nose: Complex, with a predominance of mineral notes on a background of cherry jam combined with a subtle blend of spices. Torrefacto with notes of tobacco and smoke.
Mouth: Powerful, but with a level of silky and well-balanced tannins that make up a finish that ends with greasiness, with a mineral and candied fruit flavor.
