A dark cherry red color with a clean and intense red rim, a powerful nose of ripe black fruit, violets, toast, toffee, dark chocolate and vanilla, a powerful mouth, with an intense flavor of red and black bays, wood, vanilla, black pepper, with good acidity, good structure and a very long finish.

Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyards: Vineyards of Quinta "El Grajo Viejo" over 70 years old
Characteristics: Produced only in excellent years. Manual harvests in 20 kg boxes. Double Selection Table. Maceration with the skin of the grapes and fermentation for 26 days at 28ºC in French barrels of 500 liters followed by malolactic in French barrels of 225 liters.
Aging: 18 months in new French oak.
Service Temperature: 16º - 18ºC.
