Abundant aromas of ripe pears and peaches here with wet-stone and flinty nuances. The palate has a very smooth and supple feel with a wealth of poached peaches and pears on offer.

Sommelier's advice : reduction, unique marker of this wine, it is in full expression and reveals an oxidoreductive balance that is wonderfully combined with notes of acacia and toast. The structure is very fine and mineral.
