Aire de Protos is produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes, from vines less than 25 years old and hand-harvested in 20kg boxes.

With a bright and subtle pink color, Aire de Protos 2016 is characterized as a social, light and fresh wine.
The nose is dominated by red fruits, along with notes of white fruits and peach and subtle floral notes, which make it a complex wine with great personality.
In the mouth, the palate is silky, sweet and fruity, leaving a long and fresh flavor.

Perfect to accompany oily fish, rice with meat, rice with curry, pasta, white meat, mild and soft cheeses.

Serve between 8-9º C.
