Baron Philippe de Rothschild White Bordeaux 2020

A fresh, elegant wine, vinified in the Mouton Cadet Centre, full of aromatic richness, ideal as an aperitif, with oysters or grilled fish.

AGING

The wines are aged in vats protected from oxygen before being bottled at the Mouton Cadet Winery Centre.
Every care is taken to preserve the fruit aromas and the typicality of the wine.

VIDES
This White Bordeaux is a blend of Semillon (52%) that gives it roundness and power, Sauvignon (34%) that brings freshness, fruity and floral aromas, and Muscadelle (14%) for its aromatic richness.

TASTING

COLOR : pale yellow with slight green reflections.

NOSE : the nose of this wine is fresh and elegant with aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) and small white flowers (jasmine, acacia).

MOUTH : the mouth is in perfect correlation with the nose where freshness and fruit dominate. It is first in the mouth that citrus fruits find their place.
Then, the elegance of the small white flowers and the minerality add more complexity and length to the wine.

Serving temperature : 10 - 11°c
