Description
The nose is fruity, well-constructed and offers a fine gourmet touch and a spicy grain. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, ripe blackberry associated with small touches of chocolate, violet, as well as a fine touch of warm gravel and toasted/sweet spices.
The palate is fruity, well balanced and offers a mineral framework, good definition, juiciness, tension and smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry/pulp, juicy raspberry/pulp, small notes of caramelization, warm gravel and a discreet touch of violet.
Good length.
Excellent with roasts.
It can be drunk now or until 2035.
