Lime green color of medium concentration. Intense young and fresh aroma of grapefruit and pineapple.
Full-bodied and with a fresh and strong flavor. Good grapes, well made and full of character.
The grapes are harvested manually, transported to the cellar in 25 kg boxes, using total destemming, followed by light pressing and decanting.
Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats using temperature control. There is no malolactic fermentation or the use of wood. Clarification and microfiltration immediately before bottling to ensure the microbiological stability of the wine.
Perfect with pasta, rice, seafood, grilled fish and white meats.
