Description
In exceptional years, grapes from the best plots in Joseph Cattin vineyards are harvested when they are too ripe, several weeks after the official harvest begins.
The aromatic exuberance and the exaltation of flavors obtained through the concentration and development of noble rot characterize this exceptional wine.
Pure sweetness, so well integrated into the orange zest finish, the wine has a rich texture with just a hint of botrytis but plenty of opulent spice, very rounded and unctuous.
