Description
Red color with an intense and dark purple hue. Aromas of ripe fruits such as plum, very well integrated.
Aromatic persistence with evident evolution in the glass. Dry and robust with a structured body, good acidity, soft and balanced.
Super-ripe cherry and raspberry jam fruits. Rich mid-palate with good volume, balsamic notes and well-integrated tannins. Pleasant and very long final persistence.
Typical Douro blend of a powerful and intense wine.
Service advice and Pairings
Serve at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC.
It pairs perfectly with pan dishes such as stewed veal, Portuguese stew, barbecue and game meats.
