Description
JÁ TE DISSE (I already told you) is a wine of limited production and of superior quality, with a lot of manual intervention in the vineyard and little correction in the cellar.
The harvest is carried out manually and at dawn, to maintain all its natural freshness.
JÁ TE DISSE, after the fermentation process, it is matured for around 16 months in new French oak barrels, raising its quality level.
This is a great wine that ages and appreciates in a numbered, limited edition bottle of which, in 2019, only 2,500 bottles were produced.
