The 2021 harvest was particularly harmonious.
A very hot and dry summer allowed the development of ruby colored wines.
These delicate-nosed wines developed aromas of vanilla and blackcurrant during aging in oak barrels. With age, spicy notes appear.
In the mouth, the attack and tannins are smooth.
