Château Le Coteau Margaux Red 2009

Description

Château Le Coteau has the elegance of a grand Margaux.
Fruit of the property belonging to the Léglise family, it has been classified as Cru Bourgeois since 1932.

Château le Coteau is among some of the best-known Grands Crus Classés. The vines are cultivated in some of the best soils of the Médoc in the Margaux region.
Most of the lots are bordered by prestigious Grands Crus Classés.

The soil is composed of gravel left by the River Garonne millions of years ago. These gravel soils are composed of pebbles and pebbles originating in the Pyrenees.
These soils are hot, poor in nutrients and very draining, which adapts perfectly to the vineyards, helping the grapes to ripen.
This terroir would be nothing without the influence of the Garonne's microclimate.

Nature has found its place among the vineyards of Château le Coteau.
No herbicides or insecticides were ever used and the plow allows the fauna and flora to flourish.
