Blason d'Aussières is characterized by the maturity of the fruit, the aromatic freshness and a soft and fleshy structure, very representative of the terroir of the domain.
Its aromas evoke the richness of the garrigue and its flavors are often spicy.
The wine ages at 20% in oak barrels for 12 months.
